in the transportation sector
Ze-Lucy, Ethiopian Taxi Company is engaged with Belcash to enhance its bill notification and bill payment processes. Belcash provides its digital business platform to Ze-Lucy to facilitate the tri-party activities between the Ze-Lucy, Drivers and End-Users. Belcash also provides its call center facilities to Ze-Lucy to provide a centralized location to receive and transmit a large volume of requests by telephone.
Selam Bus is a cross country transportation company in Ethiopia. Selam Bus has formed a working partnership with Belcash to allow travellers to book their trip from their mobile phone by placing a call to the centralised call center and proceed with payment from their mobile phone or/and using the more than 4,500 HelloCash agent networks.
in the entertainment sector
Edna Mall with partnership with Belcash allows moviegoers to reserve their seats and proceed with payment using HelloCash. This option gives the moviegoers to avoid having to go earlier than need to the Cinema Theatre to purchase their tickets.
in Utilities
The Bishoftu Water supply and Sewerage authority formed partnerships with Belcash to implement payment notifications and bill payments. Customers in Bishoftu are now able to make their water bill payment from their mobile phones or by going to one of the HelloCash agents in Bishoftu.
